What do I need to make the switch work?
A Philips Hue Bridge V2 or Pro, at least one Hue light, and the Philips Hue app for one-time setup. Nothing else.
Does the Switch work without internet?
Yes. As long as your Hue Bridge has power, the switch will also work offline — once set up in the Hue app, it runs independently.

Perfect fit

Great for rented apartments

Yes. As long as your Hue Bridge has power, the switch will also work offline — once set up in the Hue app, it will continue to function.
How many lamps can I control?
Up to 50 Hue lamps at once, with up to six functions per switch.
Can one button trigger multiple actions?
Not with the standard Hue settings. There are third-party apps for that, like iConnectHue or Hue Essentials – they turn your switch into a real scene remote.
Routines or voice assistants — is that possible?
Routines and hubs like Alexa don't directly support Hue for such switches. However, via the Hue
Bridge, your switch becomes HomeKit-enabled — and can control Sonos, HomePod,
smart plugs, and much more.
Does it also work with other Zigbee products?
The switch is designed for the Hue Bridge (and via Bridge for HomeKit). We have not tested Zigbee products
from other manufacturers — therefore, we do not recommend them.
The switch is not detected — what to do?
No problem, to reset it: press top left → hold top right for ~10 sec. →
top right + bottom left simultaneously → top left. Afterwards, briefly check the alignment of the
module.

How weather-resistant is it really?
IP44 – protected against splashing water from all directions, made for rain, wind, and
sun. Just don't immerse it or use a high-pressure cleaner on it.
At what temperatures does it work?
From -10 °C to +40 °C — so also in winter.
What's its range?
Approx. 20m indoors, up to 175m in open field.
How is it mounted?
With the enclosed industrial adhesive dots – adheres to stone, wood, glass, and metal. No
drilling, no wall damage. If you prefer to screw: optional screws (M2.5, countersunk head)
fit.
How long does shipping take?
